Zakala's Poetry
She keeps it in an alabaster shroud
Sometimes apart, she spreads her soul wide
Drinking in the moonlight
Drinking in the clouds
Ghost

Ghost
I don't sigh anymore
The love you left has just run out
Like the wine from my glass
Blood staining the floor
I don't cry anymore
The tears you left have dried and gone
Like the rain that fell down
From the sky that you tore
I smell your perfume, I taste the regret...
I won't sell my soul, for a heart of stolen gold
You took the life from me, perhaps you thought you'd set me free
I'm not the kind of guy to sit alone afraid to cry
I'm bound to my hell for the passion that you sell
I don't lie anymore
I can't bring myself to hide the truth
It stings like salt water
From the sea that I bore
I won't try anymore
To find the life you're leading now
Like the house that you left
Deserted and raw
I never lied but I'm heading for Hell...
I won't sell my soul, for a heart of stolen gold
You took the life from me, perhaps you thought you'd set me free
I'm not the kind of guy to sit alone afraid to cry
I'm bound to my hell for the ghost inside your shell
I wont die anymore
Each time I turn to face my fear
When the ghost of your presence
Returns like before
And I still get the feeling that you never left...
I won't sell my soul, for a heart of stolen gold
You took the life from me, perhaps you thought you'd set me free
I'm not the kind of guy to sit alone afraid to cry
I'm bound to my hell for the passion that you sell
For the passion that you sell...
For the passion that you sell...
